We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Participate in general activities within the care home, fostering a sense of community and social interaction.
- Recognize and report any signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action to ensure resident safety.
