Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Care Home Director to join our team at one of our luxury nursing homes in Norwich. As a Care Home Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the home, providing outstanding care to our residents, and leading a team of carers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of carers to deliver high-quality care and service.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC National Minimum Standards.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development, working closely with the management team to implement new initiatives and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or equivalent role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and service.
  • Qualifications: RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent, with a valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN desirable but not essential).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of carers.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business skills, with experience in budgeting, recruitment, and staff management.
