Job Title: Head of Mechanical & Piping

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mechanical & Piping to join our team at On Line Group. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality mechanical and piping solutions to our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  2. Manage and execute engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the department
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive and innovative

Requirements
  1. Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
  2. Strong technical expertise in mechanical and piping engineering, with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Chartered Engineer status with a design engineering bias
