Job Description:
The Sales Director will lead the sales strategy and tactics for Mane Contract Services, driving revenue growth and expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in customer engagement, relationship-building, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
