Senior Sales & Marketing Director

Award-winning Estate Agency in Wokingham seeks an ambitious and driven individual to take on the role of Senior Sales & Marketing Director.

As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Establish a dominant presence in the local property market by maximising revenues and growing the property register.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
  3. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, staying ahead of trends and competitors.
  6. Pursue ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service and ensure a high standard of presentation.
  8. Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use.

What Our Client Offers:
