Property Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Sales Director to join our team in Wokingham. As a Property Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, maximising branch profit, and achieving all financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous Estate Agency and customer services experience, be target-driven and tenacious with demonstrable evidence of achievements, effectively manage a team, and display high standards of service and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximise revenues and grow the property register
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
- Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews etc
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission opportunities and bonus incentives. You will also have access to comprehensive training, continuous growth and development opportunities, and rewards for success.
