Job Title: Local Business Development Manager

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a skilled Local Business Development Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover franchise in Lincoln. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and identifying opportunities to sell vehicles, finance, and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with local businesses to assess their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of manufacturer vehicles and options to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet individual sales targets by leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Assist in driving business growth through prospecting and marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in vehicle sales, ideally with B2B sales experience
  • Excellent influencing and customer management skills
  • Professionalism and commitment to adhering to process and procedure
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
