The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join our team at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Position

This is a 10 PAs post consisting of 7 sessions for Direct Clinical Care and 3 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs). The salary for this full-time position is approximately £110,000 - £140,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating critically ill patients and providing telephone advice or in attendance support for the ITU resident.
  • Participating in the resuscitation and stabilisation of critically ill children until arrival of the retrieval team.
Essential Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for an individual with FRCA +/- FICM or equivalent Diploma and CCT.
