Job Title: Palliative Care Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Palliative Care Consultant to join our specialist team in North Wales. This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultant and advisory services to support palliative, end-of-life, and bereavement care services in North East Wales.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve patient management and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with specialty doctors, specialty trainees, and clinical nurse specialists to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a general medical practitioner or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in palliative medicine, with a strong understanding of best practices and current research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
