About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our client's successful sales and marketing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
