Point of Sale Team Lead

As a highly skilled Account Manager - Point of Sale, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success at Recra Consulting. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results and build long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure projects are executed to the required standard and in line with agreed margin expectations
Manage the accounts you are responsible for, providing exceptional customer service and support
Prospect and find new clients within the target market segments, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth
Create contact reports and quotations, ensuring Production Orders are raised in a timely manner
Ensure a Project Manager is allocated to each project, providing guidance and support as needed
Take direction from the Project Manager on issues relating to the achievement of Plan
Manage risks and opportunities and report these to the Director
Assume commercial responsibility from a price perspective, making informed decisions to drive business success
Assume after-sales responsibilities, through project lifespan, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
A strong account manager with the ability to hit the ground running, with a proven track record of success
Able to work well under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience working within the point of sale industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
