About the Role

Sytner Select Nottingham, within the BMW MINI Division, is seeking an accomplished Sales Team Leader to join their management team.

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving the profitability of our used vehicle operation and for customer retention.

You'll lead the Sales team, from conducting sales meetings and delivering coaching sessions to holding performance reviews. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for sales excellence.

This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

To be successful, you'll have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the automotive industry.

You'll understand how to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximize profitability across all areas of the Sales department.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to operate to high standards, bring new ideas to the table, and drive the performance of a sales team. We're looking for someone with personality, competence, and energy that will support and lead our used car sales to a whole new level of performance and customer experience.
