Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Domestic & General team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents to achieve exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve their full potential, while also driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales agents to achieve exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to share knowledge and ideas across the business
  • Manage the priorities of multiple activities and stakeholders to meet diverse and sometimes conflicting deadlines
