We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team at Avocet Legal Careers in Exeter. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to prospective clients, and drafting accurate letters/emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients
  • Take detailed information from prospective clients and provide relevant information about our services
  • Draft accurate letters/emails to prospective clients and new clients

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales or customer service experience
  • Strong call handling experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Client-focused and exceptional customer service skills
  • Driven and motivated in a fast-paced sales role

  • Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum plus monthly bonus
