Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to our engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage customer calls and emails, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and satisfactory responses to customers
  • Submit customer reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
