About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Moors Manor Care Home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management
  • Deliver person-centred care that prioritises the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive care environment
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
