Overview
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Clinical Lead. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that our care standards are met, and promoting a culture of excellence within our care home.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will have experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and motivational individual who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others and has a person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring that our care standards are met.
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellence within the care home, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Oversee the creation of care plans and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
- Manage projects and evolve care levels to meet the needs of residents.
