Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medications and delivering clinical interventions
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and guidelines
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration
