About the Role

Care Home Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare's Moors Manor Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medications and delivering clinical interventions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and guidelines
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the latest nursing practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
