Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Provide hands-on care, including administering medication, wound care, and mobility support
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
