About the Role

The Learning & Disability team supports individuals with learning disabilities to live healthy, independent lives and keep safe and well in the community. As a qualified Social Worker, you will work closely with the person, their families, and carers to implement short- to long-term interventions, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct social care needs assessments, support planning, and reviews
  • Mental capacity assessments and safeguarding enquiries when necessary
  • Utilize a person-centred and strengths-based approach to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Valid Social Work registration
