About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives in our supported living setting.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, patience, and empathy, with the ability to build positive relationships with our service users and their families. You will be required to work on a rota basis, including day shifts, night shifts, and sleep ins, to ensure that our service users receive the support they need.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, supporting them to engage in activities they enjoy, such as shopping and bowling. You will also be part of a supportive team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
