- Quality & Efficiency: Consistently prepare and cook menu items to company specs, mindful of ticket times and quality standards.
- Ownership: Take charge of your area, tracking orders and ticket times, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Versatility: Support different kitchen sections as needed, understanding our full menu.
- Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and organisational habits.
- Skilled Communicators: Work effectively within the kitchen team.
- Flexible Workers: Embrace a non-typical 9-5 role, with evening and weekend shifts.
