**Position**: Senior Support Worker/Team Leader
**Salary**: £25,000 - £31,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional support and care to children and young people in a residential setting
- Ensuring a fun, nurturing, and empowering atmosphere within our homes
- Working collaboratively with a dynamic team on a 2 on 4 off shift pattern
**Requirements**:
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Must possess a valid driver's license
