Membership Sales Professional

The Conduit is seeking a highly skilled Membership Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership acquisition and growth, while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members, providing personalized service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Membership team to design and deliver effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a membership-based organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
