Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Manor Walks shopping centre. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
- Collaborate with the site control room to ensure seamless communication and response to security incidents.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the site.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and non-conformances, and provide regular updates to the control room.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational skills, with the ability to identify potential security risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
