We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our client's team in Cramlington for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position is crucial to providing additional support during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate credit records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve credit issues.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Proven experience in credit control or related financial roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary to reflect experience up to £32,000 per annum (pro rata).
- Flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
- An incredibly supportive and friendly team.
- A fixed-term contract to secure work for 6 months with no long-term commitment.
- Potential to go permanent if a good fit for both parties.
