Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with visitors and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
- Collaborate with the site control room to ensure seamless communication and response to security incidents.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the site.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and non-conformances, and provide regular updates to the control room.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and customer service.
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to cover additional shifts as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, tenants, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, and to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
