Security Officer

ABM is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Manor Walks shopping centre. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to identify and address any security concerns.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the site control room to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
- Report any incidents or security breaches to the relevant authorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role is desirable.
