ABM is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Manor Walks shopping centre. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the site control room to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
