Job Title: Digital Device Repair Assessor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Device Repair Assessor to join our team at Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeships and work-based training to local employers. Your expertise in digital device repair will be essential in assessing our clients/apprentices in their place of work and developing and maintaining relationships with local employers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality apprenticeships by carrying out workplace assessment and delivering underpinning knowledge with a bias to digital device repair at level 3.
- Develop, maintain, and account manage relationships with local employers, including the development of Higher Apprentices.
- Take an active part in the recruitment of new apprentices through contact with local employers, managing key accounts, schools/colleges, and through events.
- Complete all required information under the projects to include Initial Assessment and Individual Learning Plan.

Requirements:

- Relevant industrial experience within the digital repair sector.
- Current experience in digital marketing and customer service is essential.
