**Job Requirements**:

- Sound organisational skills
- Proactive and energetic with an excellent customer focus
- Strong computer literacy and accuracy with booking software
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent task prioritisation and time management
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Positive and friendly persona
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A full, clean UK driver's license is preferable.

**Responsibilities**:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers and insurance clients regarding device repairs
- Booking appointments for clients and ensuring a smooth and productive daily schedule
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding repairs is recorded in the system
- Maintaining stock levels of front-of-house inventory
- Handling front-of-house sales transactions
- Assisting in managing online sales for the store
- Keeping a clean and tidy work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
