**Job Title: Quality Control Operative**
**Salary: £24,330 OTE**
**Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 5pm, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.**

**Your Role**:
Picture yourself immersed in the dynamic world of mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, and buds As a Quality Control Operative, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every electronic device meets our industry-leading standards before reaching our valued customers.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Dive into the intricate world of diagnostics, cosmetic grading, and device configuration using cutting-edge industry software.
- Use your keen eye for detail to visually assess the cosmetic standard of electronic devices, recording results with precision.
- Use industry systems to expertly wipe mobile phones and other devices of data, ensuring privacy and security.
- Record all checking results meticulously within our internal systems using both manual processes and state-of-the-art scanning equipment.
- Maintain an optimal balance between quantity and quality, consistently meeting internal and external deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive and safe working environment, raising health and safety concerns promptly.
- Be a proactive team player, providing feedback on issues or delays to ensure seamless operations.
