**Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 5pm, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.**

Step into the heart of cutting-edge technology As a Quality Control and Configuration Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every digital device leaving our facility meets the highest industry standards. From smartphones to smartwatches, you'll be at the forefront of quality assurance, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver excellence to our valued customers.

**Your Duties Will Include**:

- Utilising state-of-the-art industry software to conduct precise diagnostics on a range of digital devices.
- Performing meticulous visual inspections to assess cosmetic standards and meticulously recording your findings.
- Employing industry systems to expertly wipe mobile phones and other devices of all data.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all inspections using both manual processes and cutting-edge scanning equipment.
- Striking the perfect balance between productivity and quality, ensuring each task is completed to perfection.
- Taking ownership of your workload and maintaining impeccable stock control and integrity.
- Collaborating seamlessly with Team Leaders and Supervisors to resolve any issues or delays, ensuring customer expectations are always exceeded.
- Upholding the utmost confidentiality in all business and customer interactions.
- Promoting a culture of safety and contributing to a clean and organised work environment.
