Director of Change Management

The Director of Change Management will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects across various workstreams in Birmingham's Children and Families Directorate. This role requires strong project management skills, including effective governance, resource management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in collaboration with others.
