About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, working on sustainable projects that deliver excellent results for our clients and communities.

As a Fire Engineer with Hydrock, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works on a wide range of engineering services, from site appraisal to planning, design, and delivery services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of technical excellence and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing fire engineering solutions on various projects
  • Providing strategic input to design teams to ensure fire safety and compliance
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive fire engineering services

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Physics
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
