Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale EV infrastructure deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with local authorities, landlords, and utility companies to secure necessary site approvals and permits.
  • Provide regular progress updates to Private Equity stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Evaluate project performance against key milestones, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or utilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, with a focus on EV infrastructure deployment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a passion for sustainability and the EV industry.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, to attract top talent and support the successful candidate in their career development.
