Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned construction expert with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for EV infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution, profitability, and alignment with the company's aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a bold, global strategy for EV infrastructure projects that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Financial Control: Own the P&L for the business unit, managing budgets, revenue forecasting, and profitability to ensure project success and business sustainability.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Grow and inspire a top-tier team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to drive high-performance and innovation.
  • Global Expansion: Spearhead the company's expansion into new international markets, leveraging local expertise and forging key partnerships.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion the highest safety standards and ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, maintaining our client's reputation for excellence.
  • Profitability Optimization: Drive margins by optimizing project costs, negotiating the best deals with suppliers, and implementing efficient processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience leading global teams and managing international projects.
  • Deep expertise in the EV industry and fleet electrification technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L and driving cost-effective solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
