Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced medical device sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to build a new business channel and lead a team in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of highly innovative ENT surgery equipment and consumables, including a laryngeal implant, dilation balloon, and specialist haemostasis products.
- Build on the foundations already in place and develop a sales & training team in the future.
- Collaborate with a network of KOLs to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the business.
- Well-established and successful medical devices salesperson with surgical equipment sales experience.
- Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging.
- Ambitious and career-driven individual with a strong desire to build a new business channel.
- Basic salary: £50,000 to £60,000.
- Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission.
- Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month.
