Child Care and Wellbeing Coordinator

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Child Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in supporting children with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits and assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to support children and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
Salary: £37,200 - £40,000 per annum (equivalent to £17.85 per hour)
