We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to support the development and growth of children aged 4-19 in various educational and care settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mentoring, tutoring, and child care, with a passion for fostering learning and emotional support.

  • Provide tailored mentoring to children, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Assist with toddler care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Support children with special educational needs through targeted strategies and interventions.
  • Facilitate speech therapy sessions to promote effective communication skills.
  • Engage in tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts and enhance academic performance.
  • Conduct physical education activities that promote health and wellbeing.
  • Proofread educational materials for clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress.
  • Collaborate with educators to create comprehensive support plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mentoring or tutoring children, ideally in preschool or special education settings.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children and their families.
  • Ability to engage children in physical education activities that are fun and beneficial.
  • Experience working with children who have special educational needs is an advantage.
  • A nurturing attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
