This challenging opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Payroll Manager/Supervisor with extensive end-to-end payroll processing experience, looking to join a dynamic and expanding organization offering a great work environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of Payroll Administrators, providing mentorship, leadership, and support while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full end-to-end payroll processes, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls via IRIS STAR Payroll Professional
  • Mentor and train junior team members, providing technical guidance and support
  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports and updates to clients
  • Engage in effective client communication and relationship-building
  • Address HMRC queries and RTI requirements
  • Process SMP, SSP, and other related benefits
  • Demonstrate expertise in pensions auto-enrolment procedures
  • Process new starters and leavers, including P45/P46 documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Process BACS payments
