About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Governance Specialist to join our Specialist Mental Health Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in implementing, overseeing, and assuring all quality aspects in both Cheshire East and West. This includes providing day-to-day clinical oversight, leadership, support, supervision, and performance management to qualified and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with national and local standards and regulations
- Providing clinical leadership and support to qualified and support staff
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement plans

What You'll Need
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Recognised qualifications to degree level or equivalent
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- ECDL or equivalent

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £53,755 - £60,504 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including access to vulnerable people training and opportunities for career advancement.
