We are looking for a skilled Compliance and Data Administrator to join our team at Hopecompass. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance funding (ESFA), Ofsted, End Point Assessments (EPA) and the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).

Key Responsibilities: \
  • \
  • Manage learner recruitment, registration, onboarding, progress monitoring, and internal/external meetings\
  • Coordinate with employees/managers regarding apprenticeship programmes\
  • Analyse apprenticeship performance reports including attendance, satisfaction surveys and learner progress\
  • Maintain accurate records in the Apprenticeship Management system, Digital Apprenticeship Service and HR management systems\
