Customer Success Manager - Junior

At PriceBeam Ltd., we're looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a crucial role in helping to retain and grow clients across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with internal teams and key customer users to understand client sales goals and objectives
  2. Support client campaigns planning, content creation, setup, and activation
  3. Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, webinars, presentations, and reporting
  4. Assist with user and account management related tasks and document preparation
  5. Research and build a strong understanding of client organizations and provide insights to the wider team
  6. Learn and provide expertise on PriceBeam's suite of products

Requirements:

  1. Newly graduated with a Bachelor's Degree - or equivalent experience
  2. A high attention to detail and inquisitive
  3. A self-starter with good time management skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  6. Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  7. Ability to quickly learn new software features and clearly communicate their value
