Senior Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for independently tendering projects, collaborating with Surveying and Operational teams, and mentoring junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake tenders for projects valuing up to £10mil.
  • Work closely with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of staff.

Requirements

  • HNC / Degree qualified.
  • Ability to price from first principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an estimating role.
  • Residency in Dorset with willingness to travel to office or site as required.
