About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the success of our business, working closely with our Surveying and Operational teams to deliver competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake tenders independently, valuing up to £10mil.
  • Collaborate with Surveying and Operational teams to produce accurate and competitive tenders.
  • Report to the Managing Director and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
  • Mentor and support junior members of staff, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • HNC / Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • Ability to price from first principles and provide accurate estimates.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an estimating role, with a strong track record of delivering successful tenders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
