Senior Estimator Opportunity

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for independently tendering projects valuing up to £10mil, working collaboratively with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders, and mentoring more junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing from first principles
  • Leading the estimating process for large-scale projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tenders
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in an estimating role
  • Ability to price from first principles
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
