We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at CV Library. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the success of our business, working collaboratively with our Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders for a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the preparation of tender submissions for projects valuing up to £10mil.
  2. Work closely with the Surveying team to ensure accurate and comprehensive tender documentation.
  3. Collaborate with the Operational team to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the development of our estimating processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in a main contracting environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
