Special Needs Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Needs Teacher to join our team at a Special Needs school in Cranbrook.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and behavioural difficulties. They will be able to develop tailored lessons and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of students with various disabilities or learning challenges.
Responsibilities and Challenges:
- Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Developing strategies to support students with behavioural challenges.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary estimated at £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Free parking and flexibility in working hours.
- A refer-a-friend scheme offering £75 for Teaching Assistants and £125 for Qualified Teachers.
- A pension scheme (optional) and holiday pay.
